  2. It was invented by Auguste Mustel in Paris in 1886. It is said that the first to use the celeste was a Russian composer Tchaikovsky in The Nutcracker. This is not true, a French composer Ernest Chausson was the first to use it, in 1888. It wasn’t until 1892 that Tchaikovsky introduced the celeste to Russian audiences. Although Tchaikovsky wasn’t the first to use the celeste the sugar plum fairy is the most recognisable composition.yes it is still used toady you can even hear it in the harry potter movies.

I NEED HELP I NEED FACTS ABOUT THE CELESTE AND I ONLY HAVE ONE I NEED MORE FOR MY PROJECT PLEASE HELP!!!!!
